Operator screens, the way you wish they shipped
Plant screens, dashboards and controls built to your spec on Siemens WinCC Unified — by engineers who also build the control system, so the screens match what the machine actually does.
What we build
Beyond the standard toolkit
When the built-in screens can't show what your operators need, we build the custom graphics and dashboards that can — production-grade, not demoware.
Custom dashboards & controls
Trends, KPI boards, shift reports and custom dashboards that go beyond the standard WinCC Unified toolkit — purpose-built for your plant and running fully offline, no internet required.
Plant graphics & widgets
Gauges, tanks, silos, indicators and buttons drawn as crisp, scalable graphics that stay sharp on any screen — the visual language operators read at a glance.
Faceplate libraries
Consistent drive, valve and motor faceplates in one house style, so every screen across a whole site looks and behaves the same way and is easy to maintain.
History & data views
Live values and full history in one place — browse back through trends and records on screen, the part of WinCC Unified the brochure implied but never quite delivered.
Connections to your business systems
Your plant screens talking to the rest of the business — databases, MES and ERP, label printers and barcode scanners — wired in securely so the floor and the office share one source of truth.
Reports & exports
Shift reports, batch records and spreadsheet exports generated straight from the system — no separate reporting server to buy, license or maintain.
Plant-live dashboards
One screen, the whole factory live
Production, trends, totals, climate zones and KPIs — everything your supervisors walk the floor to check, on a single live screen. Below: a representative plant overview built with our controls.

How to install a CWC
- Rename the downloaded zip back to its GUID filename — the GUID shown on each card, e.g.
AdvancedTrend_CWC.zipbecomes{C4F23CCC-9CE7-4872-9CE5-9518B7C4BEC6}.zip - Copy it into your TIA project's
UserFiles\CustomControls\folder - Close and reopen TIA Portal — the CustomControls folder is scanned at project load
- Drag the control onto a Unified screen from "My controls"
Every one of these samples comes from controls we run in live production plants — proven on the floor, not built for a demo.
Need a control that doesn't exist? We build it.
Send us a sketch of the screen you wish you had — we'll tell you if it's a widget, a CWC, or a bad idea, and what it would cost.
