WinCC Unified, the way you wish it shipped
Custom Web Controls, SVG widgets and faceplates built to your spec — by engineers who also write the PLC side, so the screens match the logic.
What we build
Beyond the standard control library
When the built-in controls run out, Unified gives you two escape hatches — SVG widgets and Custom Web Controls. We build both, production-grade.
Custom Web Controls
Trends, KPI boards, shift reports, custom dashboards — real HTML/JS controls running inside Unified screens, with offline-vendored libraries and request/response bridges to logging archives.
SVGhmi widgets
Gauges, tanks, silos, indicators and buttons as declarative SVG widgets with dynamic tag bindings — crisp at any resolution, no runtime scripting.
Faceplate libraries
Drive, valve and motor faceplates in a consistent house style, built on flat word-packed UDT interfaces so one library covers a whole site.
Scripting & data bridges
Logging-archive readers, async request/response patterns, history browsing — the glue scripting that makes Unified do what the brochure implied it could.
Custom API connections
Unified talking to the rest of your business — REST endpoints, SQL databases, MES and ERP handshakes, label printers and barcode scanners, wired into screens through secure scripting bridges.
Reports & exports
Shift reports, batch records and CSV exports generated straight from the runtime and its logging archives — no third-party reporting server required.
Plant-live dashboards
One screen, the whole factory live
Production jobs, trends, dosing, totals, climate zones, KPIs — everything your supervisors walk the floor to check, on a single Unified page fed live from the PLCs. Below: a representative dairy-plant overview built with our controls.

Live, not refreshed
Values stream from the runtime — no F5, no stale screens.
History built in
Every trend and KPI browses back through the logging archive.
Any layout you want
If you can sketch it, a Custom Web Control can render it.

How to install a CWC
- Rename the downloaded zip back to its GUID filename, e.g.
{E754D29B-1604-40F8-875D-0F13D66796E2}.zip - Copy it into your TIA project's
UserFiles\CustomControls\folder - Close and reopen TIA Portal — the CustomControls folder is scanned at project load
- Drag the control onto a Unified screen from "My controls"
Every pattern in these samples — offline-vendored charting, logging-archive bridges, mock-runtime previews — comes from controls we run in live production plants, not demo projects.
Need a control that doesn't exist? We build it.
Send us a sketch of the screen you wish you had — we'll tell you if it's a widget, a CWC, or a bad idea, and what it would cost.
