Robots that work with the line
Cell design, robot and cobot integration, machine safety and the PLC logic that ties it together — one engineer responsible from layout drawing to running cell.
Services
Everything between the robot quote and a running cell
A robot is the easy purchase. The value is in the cell around it — safety that validates, handshakes that never deadlock, and recovery sequences a night shift can drive.
Robot cell design
The cell laid out and proven on the computer before anything is ordered — reach, cycle time, guarding and operator access all planned around how your people actually work.
Robots into your line
New robots, older arms and the rest of the line all brought onto one connected system — so the whole cell behaves as a single machine instead of a pile of separate boxes.
Cobot applications
Collaborative robots for the spots where fencing doesn’t fit — including precision work down to a tenth of a millimetre, coordinated with the rest of the cell.
Robot programming
Movement, palletising patterns, conveyor tracking and recovery written so your night shift can get a stopped cell going again without phoning anyone.
Self-calculating palletising
Our palletising program works out every robot waypoint on its own. The operator teaches one point — the first drop position — picks the pallet pattern on the screen, and the cell fills the whole pallet from there. New product or new stack? Change the pattern, not the program.
Machine safety
Risk assessment and safety functions engineered, validated and certified to ISO 13849-1 / SIL 3 / PL d — designed in from the start, with the documentation that proves it.
The control side
The control logic that ties it together — infeed, robot coordination, reject handling and the clear operator screens the cell is driven from.
