Robots that work with the line
Cell design, robot and cobot integration, machine safety and the PLC logic that ties it together — one engineer responsible from layout drawing to running cell.
Services
Everything between the robot quote and a running cell
A robot is the easy purchase. The value is in the cell around it — safety that validates, handshakes that never deadlock, and recovery sequences a night shift can drive.
Robot cell design
Cell layout modelled in SolidWorks before anything is ordered — reach studies, cycle estimates, guarding and access planned around how operators actually work.
Robot–PLC integration
New robots over PROFINET and PROFIsafe; older arms kept in service through DeviceNet gateways; TCP handshaking where the controller demands it. The fleet behaves as one system.
Cobot applications
Collaborative robots where fencing doesn’t fit — including precision motion work to 0.1 mm, coordinated with servo positioners and the cell PLC.
Robot programming
Path programming, palletising patterns, conveyor tracking and error recovery written so night shift can recover a faulted cell without calling anyone.
Machine safety
Risk assessment to ISO 13849-1, safety functions engineered to SIL 3 / PL d, PROFIsafe through to drive STO — designed, implemented and validated with documentation.
Cell PLC logic
The PLC side written on a standardised library: infeed coordination, robot handshakes, reject handling and the HMI faceplates operators drive it from.
Thinking about a robot, or stuck with one?
Greenfield cell, a fleet that needs taming, or a cobot idea you're not sure is feasible — describe it and we'll give you a straight answer.
